MIGRAR
MIGRAR is an interdisciplinary art series exploring migration as a biological necessity rather than a political issue. Through painting, collage, drawing, and mixed-media works, the project examines how movement shapes the survival, adaptation, and evolution of plants, animals, and humans. The series draws from creation myths, migration research, natural history, and the artist’s own experience relocating from the United States to Mexico City. The works invite viewers to consider movement not as an exception to life, but as one of its most fundamental forces.
